Josh Monroe, Insulation Nation and his installation team did an excellent job on our home. Josh called us and communicated his steps which were very efficient. He processed our quotation with the rebate included up front; he manages the rebate from Xcel Energy. They were professional, considerate of our home by protecting it during their services and installation, and polite. It is very rare to experience service companies that still offer these kinds of considerations throughout their process. And our home now has the much needed insulation. He completed an attic cellulose loose blow-in fill, and a blanket insulation on our foundation walls in the basement crawl space, and expansion foam seals where required. I had been cold this past winter and found out recently that I only had 8″ of insulation in my attic (no wonder I was cold). I now have 22″ – so much better. The crew covered everything that they needed to be near, and when they left, all was exactly as it was before they came. No mess whatsoever. The cost was very reasonable and beat others that I had contacted. To top it all off, Josh sent me pictures of the completed work, along with the IRS form and instructions for an energy credit. Superior customer service!!!
